Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

After making the payment, the order will be delivered within 1 to 5 working days. Delivery times are indicative and, therefore, to be considered valid when there are no physical or structural impediments (for example: stockouts, incorrect addresses or force majeure setbacks).  If we are unable to meet this deadline, you will receive an email from us.  

 

 

Products purchased are delivered in mainland Portugal through CTT (by registered mail)  or a carrier. Your order will be delivered to the address specified by the customer at the time of purchase.


The contribution for transport (shipping), as it is added to the price of the products purchased, will be automatically calculated by the system. In case of non-receipt of the order within the indicated deadlines, an investigation will be made with the carrier, and it may take a few days.

The Customer must contact and inform, during this period no refund can be made, as the loss of the order will have to be verified and confirmed.

The customer will have 24 hours to complain about any problem with the order. We are not responsible for any problems arising from shipping or customs fees in the case of orders outside Portugal.

Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with any of the items you ordered, you can return it for an exchange.

Exchanges and returns must be carried out within a maximum period of seven working days after receiving the order, and an email must be sent more quickly about the intention to exchange. (pform.beautystore@gmail.com).

Returns by customers will not be accepted without prior notice.


Items to be exchanged must be in perfect condition, without marks, signs of use, stains or odors, and must be returned as received, in the form in which they were packed.

We ask you to resend it by regular or registered mail.


In cases of reshipment, the payment of postage will be borne by the customer, we will return the new exchange item and we will pay the postage on our part.


After receiving the returned items and verifying that they meet the conditions described above, we will proceed as agreed between the two parties, making an exchange for an item of equal or greater value. If the new item you want is more expensive than the one you purchased previously, the difference will be calculated.

(*) The deadline for returning items is 7 days after receipt.
